Unless stated otherwise, the prices of the products displayed on rustysparrowdesign.com are final purchase prices and do not include VAT (Value Added Tax) for countries outside the EU. As a tax-liable entity for EU member states, we apply the special VAT OSS (One-Stop-Shop) scheme.

2. Payment Methods

To pay for the ordered products, you can choose from the following payment methods: bank transfer or payment order. After you have chosen the payment method, the next screen will thank you for your order and provide you with relevant information about the order and payment. You will also receive this information by email in the form of an invoice (details in Chapter VII.2.1).

2.1. How to Buy and Pay for Products on the rustysparrowdesign.com website via Bank Transfer/Payment Order?

You can buy products through rustysparrowdesign.com following these 3 steps:

a. Select the product you wish to purchase and click on the “Order Now” link.

b. Enter/confirm your personal details.

These pieces of information are necessary for the correct and efficient processing of the order placed by you. Please fill out the form correctly and indicate the individuals for billing and delivery purposes. The email address is extremely important, as order-related information and the ordered products will be transmitted via email. An incorrect email address slows down the entire ordering process. Moreover, the Company will not be able to contact you and inform you about the status of your order. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, please indicate it by unchecking the option. The delivery address is the same as the billing address at the end of the form.

Choose the desired payment method and confirm the details by selecting “Next Step.” If the delivery address, billing address, or both are not the same as the addresses registered in your user account on the Site, before proceeding to the next step of the ordering process, please enter valid billing and/or delivery addresses for the respective order. If you have chosen the payment method Bank Transfer/Order, you will receive an invoice with all the relevant details about your order via email, and the next step will be to make the payment as soon as possible. In the process of making the payment by bank transfer/order, you must mention the invoice number received by email, which confirms the placed order.
