Lead/Creating Time

Most of our items are ready to be shipped within 1 to 6 business days. However, for three-dimensional sculptures (such as English bluebell, magnolia, Japanese sakura branches, eucalyptus, copper and brass flowers), we might need more time to create them – approximately 1 to 3 weeks. Additionally, you should factor in the delivery time.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location, the size of your item, and whether express delivery has been selected. We use A1 Post, Speedy Bulgaria, and Econt for shipping the packages. When shipping abroad (countries outside Bulgaria), the delivery service typically relies on the local posts. We will select the most cost-effective courier for your location.

Estimated delivery times:

Europe, UK, United States, and Canada – standard shipping: 7 to 20 business days, express shipping: 2 to 8 days.
Australia and New Zealand, and Rest of the World – standard shipping: 10 to 50 business days, express shipping: 2 to 10 days.
