In the event of a dispute, an attempt will be made to reach a mutual agreement within 30 working days after the complaint is registered at the headquarters of rustysparrowdesign.com. If an agreement cannot be reached within the specified period, the disputes between the parties will be resolved by the competent courts in the municipality of Sofia, Bulgaria.
